Hello Everyone,

This is the fourth alternative dining experience that I have put together with Ryan and Dylan at New York Vintners. The previous three have been great nights with incredible food and wine served seated plated at an amazing price point. If you are around this Memorial Day please join us for another brilliant evening…we can even hang out in the studio after!

“Some people see a show (Breaking Bad) about a struggling high school chemistry teacher who is diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. Who turns to a life of crime, producing and selling methamphetamine with a former student, with the aim of securing his family’s financial future before he dies. I see the inspiration to cook five courses of amazing Tex-Mex  fare and let Dylan sort out some brilliant wine pairings for a great seated plated dinner at New York Vintners…I guess I am different that way”
