An A to Z Coloring Book For Everyone
I am very pleased to announce that we have released our first coloring book, An A to Z Coloring Book For Everyone, which is available to purchase now both on the Jason Oliva Online Etsy Store and on Amazon. As the name suggests, it’s a coloring book for both children and adults, with 26 images in total to color in. The book is also printed on high quality, 100 lbs Bristol Art Paper so you can use an array of art materials to color in. This is a First Edition print run of just 500 copies. Each first edition will be hand signed by myself. We’re really excited about the book – we hope you are too!
A, B & C. Astronaut, Buddha and Cat. First three images inside coloring book.
A Little History …
As far back as 2010, I kept in my studio black and white paper copies of some of the images from my sold paintings – such as Gorilla, Lion and Rose – along with a few boxes of crayons, just in case any of the collectors or visitors who came by brought their children along. It was a way of keeping everyone happy: the adults would enjoy some conversation and wine while the children enjoyed some coloring in.
Time and again the adults would join in with the coloring and it would remind them how much they used to enjoy it when they were younger. So it was inevitable perhaps that at some point I would publish a coloring book for children and adults alike.
The images in An A to Z Coloring Book For Everyone first existed as original paintings, many of which have since sold. All the images in the book are currently available as limited edition, hand painted works on paper and form part of the Jason Oliva Works on Paper Collection.
